Nov 2006

Hello!
Yes, our newsletter has been on hiatus for a while. 2006 started with such a bang for us here, and it has only gotten more exciting as January has quickly become July. As always, our efforts have been aimed at exploring how the nonprofit sector can create as much impact as possible in our communities and our world. And that means we've been through lots of changes, with lots more in store.

This newsletter marks just one of those changes. We hope you enjoy the new information we will be sharing. Over the next few months, we will continue to add new features, to help your organization create an amazing future for your community. So please, let us know your thoughts!

Every month, hundreds of new subscribers sign up for our newsletter. Here's one of our favorite comments this month:

I was searching for NFP board governance when Google delivered me to your site. It is wonderful. I have been emailing your links to other board members urging them to read what you have so generously published on the web. This is just a message to say thanks, and a big one at that. T. Because board members so rarely receive information on how to do their job better, here are a few ways to help them:

Tell Us What You Think!
As we continue to develop the Community-Driven Institute, helping you create more impact in your community, we hope you will let us know what you think. What would be helpful to have on our website, or to include in our newsletter? How have you used the products and programs we already have in place, and how have they worked for you? We appreciate the feedback, because our goal is to help you change the world (or just your piece of it). So let us know!
