XYZ Dog Haven
XYZ Dog Haven, a nationally recognized center for abused and neglected dogs, has all the building blocks in place to greatly expand our ability to provide service to our community. We are seeking a CEO to stack those blocks into a powerful, leading-edge organization, and to then nurture it as it thrives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who is just as comfortable rolling on the floor with a pile of Labradors and Shepherds as they are networking in an Armani tux or Versace gown with corporate leaders;
• A proven fundraiser who really enjoys development work;
• An effective and passionate writer and speaker, comfortable in the role of public figure;
• A leader and mentor with an inclusive style, whose former employees want to keep in touch;
• Someone who can turn a vision into reality, and who will then nurture the fruits of those labors as the organization stabilizes into its new roles;
